No, I would not recommend this to a friend
I ordered this bra because I have a small chest and am tired of sports bras flattening me out to nothing! The reviews made it seem like it was a cute feminine bra so I ordered it on sale. When it came I was shocked! It's REALLY bulky and has WAY too much support for my barely Bs. Strapping in to this made me feel like I was ready for war! I'm sure it's a great bra if you need lots of support but for me it was a lil scary.

Got two of these bras for backpacking, as I was sick of the look you get from regular sports bras. I was disappointed at how big it runs. Usually I wear a C cup, but can squeeze into a B...so i order the B thinking I would rather be held in more than have extra room. Even going down to a B the cup was still slightly roomy!!! Also being petite the straps were too long, so I had to stitch them shorter. I wore one out for a weekend trip, it was ok but after all day wear you noticed it. I will return the one I didnt wear and keep looking for that perfect bra that holds well, gives some shape, and performs in the back country!

My Hind Flex Sports Bra is the most comfortable bra I’ve ever owned. The flexible underwire gives me lift off, the band and shoulder straps create serious support for my hard-core workouts, and the fabric magically makes my barely B cups look like full B’s without any clumsy padding. Altogether it locks and loads the girls without cutting into me which creates a smooth silhouette and lengthens the look of my torso.

I wear this sports bra (I now own three!)for running, kickbox and a variety of other sport activities. It is comfortable, does not chaffe and gives a more natural look to your chest without flattening you out. This is also great because you can wear it under regular clothes if you need to do a quick change. Won't look weird under clothes like other sports bras!

It's so nice to go out and not advertise the fact that you're wearing a sports bra. Most other heavy duty sports bras have seaming that shows through your clothes. The fact that it closes like a regular bra also makes it easier to put on!

I enjoyed wearing this bra, and I don't enjoy the squashed in feeling most bras offer in the limited S, M, L categories. It has always seemed silly to lump all women into these 3 areas. I was canoeing, kayaking, and hiking over the course of 8 days spent on/off a cruise ship with 4 small children. At no time did I worry about my bra! And, at the end of the day, I didn't feel like I'd worn duck tape all day.
