No, I would not recommend this to a friend
This bra has great support and really great uplift! Unfortunately, the straps loop and fold back for custom fit making the strap in effect twice as thick as an ordinary strap and it really makes a deep impression on my shoulders. Also, the ribbing under the breast curls and does not lay flat. I would not buy again.
Very good support, but not true to size

I ordered a 38C, and it's pretty tight. Just bear that in mind when you order it.
They were so comfortable, I bought 4!

I wear a Fiona sports bra every day. It is by far the most comfortable and supportive sports bra I have ever worn.

Everything about the design of this bra is so smart. This is the answer for anyone who is tired of using 2+ regular sports bras, or struggling to get the back of another sports bra closed so that it is tight enough to be supportive. I love that I can adjust the straps from the front while I am wearing it. And that the velcro faces away from my skin! The soft liner around bottom has gotten me though many half marathons un-chafed. I'm not sure if it's meant to be worn as a racer back, but I sometimes cross the straps so it doesn't show in some of my shirts. Not that I care that much if it does, because it is a beautiful beautiful bra.

I am a C cup and was expecting the bra to give more support than it did. It's ok for lower impact activities, but it didn't er... control... as much as I had hoped when running and during team sports.

For big full breasted women its difficult to find a sports bra that actually allows you to participate in sports -- but this one is the closest I've ever found. Plus, although feeling a bit small, I'm not bound and can still breathe. The color is great and the fabric is smooth, (easy to wear under t-shirts).

Best Bra for the Well-endowed!

Breathable, Comfortable, Lightweight, Stylish, Velcro holds up well

I run 3-5 times per week and this is the only bra I'll wear. I have used only this bra for 3 months now and the velcro still holds like the day I got it. I have always been skeptical of 'no bounce' claims - but this one truly does it - and comfortably. I love this bra and will definitely buy more of them.

excellent for short torso's
By spotter from new hampshire on 4/8/2007
Pros:
Durable, Good Value, High Quality
Best Uses:
All around, Danceaerobics class, Hiking, Jogging
Bottom Line:
Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
This is the only sports bra I've found that can accomadate my short torso and large cup size with out alterations. I love that it can convert from plain straps to criss-cross in the back. It's great for hiking with packs so you can choose the best position of the straps. I use the straps in the regular position for day hikes, walking, cross-trainer at the gym etc,... and I criss-cross the straps for activities that need maximum anti-bounce like jogging, dance class, etc... I never thought I could jog with out being in pain from bouncing! An extra bonus is this bra is super sturdy and lasts a long time. My only complaint is it's not offered in a 32-D
