Here's how it works:
• Select up to 3 EMS locations:
Use our "Store Locator" to the right and select up to 3 Eastern Mountain Sports locations where you might be interested in picking up your order.

• Check product availability:
Once you've selected your location/s, you'll be able to check product availability at your selected locations on the product pages or in your cart.

• Select a store location for your item/s:
When you're in your shopping cart, simply select the location where you would like to pick up each item.

• Proceed to checkout:
Enter your contact info, review your order, and send your order reservation. We'll send you a confirmation email that we've received your list of items/s. After you receive a second "Items Reserved" email confirmation that your items are ready for pickup, print and bring it with you to the store.

(Your "Items Reserved" email will generally arrive in 1-2 business hours.)
