Ice Climbing 202

This full day course is for experienced ice climbers looking to take the sport to the next level. Our goal is to seek out longer ice climbs or attempt shorter, more problematic routes. You’ll become a more confident second on steep terrain and understand how to move a climbing party smoothly and more efficiently.

We also focus on choosing when and where to place ice gear. You will work closely with our experienced instructors to learn advanced techniques for climbing, route selection and anchors.

This course can be taken more than once to further develop your skills. Come with a checklist of topics relevant to your own ice climbing, and we’ll take it from there!

Note: Groups classes require a minimum enrollment of two people. If you are booking alone for a group class your reservation is subject to change if minimum enrollment is not reached. Group classes are perfect for those with flexible schedules. Any class can be booked privately any day of the week. Private reservations are guaranteed to run. For information about private reservations please call 800-310-4504.
