Product Availability

Merchandise that is displayed on our website is generally in stock and available for you to purchase.  

A couple of things to note:

  • Due to certain shipping, handling, or service restrictions, some items which are available in stores may not be shipped.   This includes some bicycles which require assembly by a qualified technician, combustibles (like fuel) which are not safe to ship, etc.  Customers wishing to purchase those from the website may do so via in-store pickup.  Details are provided on the product page.   
  • Not all products are in stock in all retail store locations.  You can check the online availability of items of your local store on every product page.
  • We make every effort to ensure the inventory online is available to be shipped, but every once in a while, we sell out of an item before we can complete an order.  If that happens, you will be notified via email that the item is unavailable, has been cancelled from your order, and any pending authorizations are in the process of being reversed.
  • Note: We do not currently offer pre-orders, nor do we offer back-orders
