Comments about FIVE TEN Rogue Lace-Up Climbing Shoes:

Bought this for my bf who is just getting started climbing, I was weary because he has tried on shoes at the rock gym, and just did not like them at all (not that climbing shoes are really supposed to be comfortable), he refused to wear them, choosing to climb in his underarmour sneakers instead. Well i ordered these an entire size up and they fit him great! he loves the color and says they fit great!

Comments about FIVE TEN Rogue Lace-Up Climbing Shoes:

I had these shoes for about four months and they were my first pair of climbing shoes. When I first purchased them, they were tight, but soon stretched out nicely and were ultimately super comfortable. I found they performed fairly well in the gym. However, after my first use I saw that rand was coming off the upper on the sides of the shoes. After consulting with my local EMS store, I continued to use them. But the problem only got worse. I finally returned them to EMS after four months of use, with the rand pretty much entirely off of the front half of each of the shoes. Thankfully, as is their policy, they gave me a full refund and helped me select a new pair of shoes.

Comments about FIVE TEN Rogue Lace-Up Climbing Shoes:

          Used as gym shoes.

I got one full size down from my street shoe, they've stretched and conformed to my feet nicely. Comfortable enough, after break in, to leave on throughout sessions.

The tongue on the shoe is comfortable and doesn't get in the way of itself; however, the threads on the 5.10 logo, stitched at the top, started to come undone the second time I unlaced them. It's becoming a nuisance. The shoe says 5.10 in enough places, not sure why they had to stitch a logo right under the laces.

They edge well, are sensitive enough, and smear just fine. Good all around performance.

Sections of rubber are beginning to peel away from the upper, hopefully this doesn't develop further and become an issue. I've had them for less than a month.

If they hold themselves together I'd recommend them to a friend. We'll see how they hold up.
