In Store Items Most of the items we sell online will be available at your local Eastern Mountain Sports as well. In some cases, such as bikes, an item shown online may only be available at a store. In either case, just about any product shown online can be reserved for pickup at a store later. By shopping online, you reserve in-stock items at your local store. The process is easy. Here's how it works:
Reserving Your Gear After submitting your In-Store Pickup request, you will receive an e-mail notifying you that we received your reservation. This is an automatic response indicating that your order has been received and is being processed. It is NOT a confirmation that your gear is available. Please be sure to wait for the important In-Store Pickup Status email, which will verify when your gear is ready. It is critical to read the In-Store Pickup Status e-mail carefully to make sure everything is ready! Your items will be held for 48 hours from the time you make the reservation. Store hours may vary slightly, particularly on Sundays. Check our store locator for your store's hours of operation. If required by state and local laws, tax will be added to the total price when you pick up your merchandise. Return to top |
