I just used it for 4 solid days of climbing. my theory with a harness is you shouldn't think about it while your climbing and you shouldn't be worried about it if you fall. both apply for this harness- it was comfortable, but I felt safe.

the harness is very simple and lightweight! kind of scary because it feels like its not there sometimes! its very sturdy though and easy to use. the chalk bag and belay equipment put the icing on this cake! :)

This is simply the greatest package ever it has all the neccessary climbing products it is very simple and has a wonderful price the greatest harness ever.
