This harness is very easy to adjust, is very well constructed, and well worth the low price compared to other similar featured harnesses. I use it for my backyard zipline and it fits everyone well. I was expecting something cheesier, but this actually resembles a [$]harness. I was looking at the Petzl Pandion and Corax2, but this harness has 90% of the their features for much less money. The only down side is that the padding in the back of the legs is a little small, allowing the webbing on the sides to begin to dig into you after about 20 minutes of hanging if you have large thighs. But this isn't an extended hang-time harness, anyway, just thought I'd mention it. Otherwise this harness is perfect, and an excellent buy for [$]
It's a good harness that will be able to accomodate a wide variety of sizes. There is some padding, but the padding will not be as adequate for larger climbers who have a tendency to sit in the harness for prolonged periods of time. I believe it is a great harness to have as a spare for friends. There is only belay loop, which makes it even easier for newbie climbers to get used to things.
