Excellent product, but not the best choice for me.
Pros: Very light weight, simple, strong. Would highly recommend for good climbers (just make sure it fits because it does not have adjustable leg straps).
Cons: If you are still at a point in your climbing career where you need to sit on your harness at least once during most climbs, this one is to advanced for you! It is not made to be sat in. It is made to keep you from dying if you fall.
I traded it for a more comfortable harness, but if I was a better climber I would have definitely kept it.
I ordered the Hirundos because I needed a new sport climbing harness. I wanted a light no frills harness, and was on the fence between the Hirundos and the new Arcteryx harness. Given that the Arcteryx was considerable more expensive, I went with the Hirundos. I haven't been disappointed. The Hirundos is super light and I don't even notice it while climbing. It is also very comfortable, and haven't noticed any pressure points. There are a few things that potential buyers should take into consideration: 1) the leg loops are small for the given waist size (did not bother me b/c I have chicken legs) 2) I like the gear loops (2 plastic and 2 soft) but they are postioned in profile with the waist and sometimes it is hard to get the draws off. Overall this is a very good harness for sport climbing, particularly on hard projects and onsite attempts.
