The toe is really roomy, and the laces don't go down
that far, so I had to go a size smaller. the toe is really stiff, you can stand on a tiny chip all day.
The heel is different from most shoes, great for heal hooks.

Killer for crack work, not so good for smearing. Really nice comfort, I've worn these shoes climbing at 30 degrees F with no socks and they were awesome. Stick a little too good in those cracks,..

This is an awesome looking shoe and very durable. The toe is very blunt, suited for cracks, but not for small holds. Be sure to order a size smaller than your shoe size as these tend to run a little large.

I now use the Five Ten Piton as my primary shoe. So far they haven't failed me yet. My street shoe is 10.5, I purchased size 10 and they are just right.
Occasionally, I will put on my Anasazi Lace-ups for hard sport.

I've got big (size 13 sneaker), very narrow feet. I had to try 6 pairs of climbing shoes before I found anything that fit, and size 12 Pitons are awesome. Super sticky, super comfortable, and just a little bit of stretch, which made them fit perfectly. I've used them for bouldering and some indoor top roping so far, and absolutely love them. Very highly recommended.

The shoes fit well right out of the box. I've used them at Rumney on stiff sport climbs and at Cathedral on nice cracks and face climbs. The new rubber sticks really well on small nubbins. These shoes performed great on all climbs.

I've only taken these shoes out once on a wall. The extra side strap dug into the side of my foot. Other than that it's stickier than sticky. Fit perfectly right out of the box.

Perfect fit right out of the box. I have a somewhat square toe box and these shoes fit perfect. I had problems with some la sportivas fitting too narrow in the toes. Stealth onyx is super tacky and holds up.

Perfect choice.
