Works great on day hikes for watering my dog. On a recent backpack trip someone in my party used it for dinners. She was able to flatten it to lick it clean and then reversed it to use the other side the 2nd night.
The Orikaso bowl is great for lightweight backpacking. It took watching the video on Orikasos website a few times before I could figure it out, but once I did, setup is quick and simple. Not only is this bowl lighter than the lexan bowl it replaces, it's usable as a cutting board and also, it's really easy to lick clean - just unfold and lick - No more freeze dried backpacking food on your nose as you lick your bowl! When it's all washed off, stick in flat in your backpack and there's no lump in your pack.
The only negative is that the heat comes through the bottom of the bowl onto your hands - hold it carefully.

It took me a bit of time to put it together, but once I did, awesome product! I now have the the bowl and mug. A must have for any backpacker who is into weight.

Light, compact, excellent for backpacking. When you need to cut down on weight and need more room in your backpack, this product fits those needs.
