Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
This is the salt & pepper shaker to take to the woods. It's a little larger & slightly heavier than some of the others,.... but it isn't as brittle or likely to leave salt in your pj's if your pack gets dropped,.... (don't ask...) : )
This one also seems to be the right size. I will carry enough salt & pepper (or other spices) for a week, but isn't overly burdensome for the weekend or overnight. The smaller shakes always seem to leave me saltless after about 3 days.
