I bought one of these and water (and coffee) seeped into the space between the outer shell and stainless steel liner this didn't seem to hygienic so I returned it and EMS exchanged it. The same thing happened with the second one so I lived with it. The handle eventually broke and I re-glued it. Then the whole thing fell apart. It really is not that well made and that is a shame because I really like its capacity and stability.

this mug is wonderful at keeping coffee hot and my husband takes it everywhere and uses it everyday and the first one we had lasted forever ,so i'm sure this one will last forever and it is very durable. Plus we love the color(blue)

Keeps the coffee hot, durable mug, must keep upright, if it is even somewhat tipped it leaks out through the top. Never tips even on a bumpy ride.

I use this cup at my desk at work. It seems too heavy for backpacking.
Pros: I liked that the lid separates to make cleaning easy, though you can not put the cup in the dishwasher.
Cons: The top of the handle has come unglued from the body, making it a little unnerving to drink hot beverages.

LID LEAKS WHEN USED WITH HOT LIQUIDS. DOES NOT SEAL.

This product is too large to fit in standard SUV cup holders. It's not conducive for travel. Also, there is a defect with the non-skid bottom. Both bottoms peeled off and I had to re-glue them. This indicates that they should not be cleaned in the dish washer.
