I used this bike rack to transport my bike accross country, 2000 miles total. The rack held my bike stably throughout the trip. Bike is easy to get on and off the rack. Rack installation onto our toyota camry was simple. It left no scratches on the car. Overall I'm very happy with this bike rack.

I brought this for my daughter. She had a new Jetta which the manufactur called for a roof rack carrier. She would never be able to lift her bike onto a roof rack. This worked great.

Had to find the best way to Use on my Civic. The suggested way in the instructions was not IMHOP.

Overall it was a good product, but I think I just had bad luck with the item. As instructed, I slid the side hook into my truck, but I think the rubbing caused the rubber to tear and consequently scratch my car. Could be a default - not sure. the rack was very stable and held tight to my bike. I'd advise users to use the extra straps to tie your bike to itself so the straps don't flap in the wind and scratch your paintjob. Although my car took a beating with this rack, I'd still buy Yakina. I bought the Spare Joe and it is EXCELLENT!!!
