The built in shelf bra is not enough support on its own but when coupled with a medium support jog bra it supports very comfortably without restricting too tightly. The mesh on the back and sides is great for ventilation and the material efficiently wicks sweat away. I did a half marathon in this shirt and never felt wet. The T-back and the generous arm holes don't rub at all and allow for maximum mobility. As soon as I put this shirt on I undestood why I had to ditch the cotton tank tops I had been wearing!

This top fits well. Pocket in the back is a nice size (and it looks great!)
