No, I would not recommend this to a friend
I like the energy that these bars can provide but they are lacking in the flavor department. They are hard to chew and flat. I expected much more with all the god things in the bars but was left wanting more flavor. They also make you very thirsty, not a great thing to have when water is in limited supply.
