I used this on a three-day weekend camping/hiking trip. The towel came in handy during hiking - to mop sweaty brows! And I also used it for drying after a shower. IF you don't think of it as a 'towel' -- it works great ... it is light, very absorbant, has multiple uses. Just got to get over the fact that it's not thick and fluffy!

It's very thin, if it gets soaked it takes a while to dry, the lighter colors are see through. It's not very soft, but is softer than other travel towels. I wasn't impressed. I'd probably recommend you look elsewhere.
