When I'm running, my stomach can't tolerate sports drinks that contain sugar. No such problem exists for me with NUUN. I have tried the citrus and lemon-lime flavors and both taste great and go down easy. Should be good for summer backpacking as well.

I really like these because it is so simple to just drop a tablet into my water bottle and let it dissolve. I really like the taste, it is slightly sweet but not overbearing. When other people try a taste of the water, they can't believe that there is no sugar in it!
I use them for outdoor sports, when I play soccer, or just when I feel drained on hot & humid days. I would recommend these to a friend.
Was looking for a hydration solution to use in my hydro bladder. These tablets provided an awesome carbonated solution. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a gatorade alternative.
Hiked the White Mountains for 3 days and happy I took NUUN along.

I've used nuun on a couple hikes and it has worked very well. It is small enough to carry and the tube makes 1.5 gallons so it's perfect for long trails and hot days. Taste is great and I really liked the flavour (berry). It wasn't sticky like other drinks and it made treated water much more drinkable. Great product
