We have travelled in Argentina and Alaska. We wanted to be able to alert someone and get help if we got in trouble. We got info that this is the way to go because it covers even remote areas of the world, unlike the Spot. Also, there's so no yearly fee. All the costs are up front. Made our family feel safe.

The MicroFix was purchased for use by Boy Scout Troop 36. I hope we never have to use it. In the event that we need to acivate it, will prove it's value more than it's weight in GOLD!Great value[...]
