1st one leaked at bladder connection Returned no problem. Second one same thing Exchanged for camelback.

I've just bought it for the first day, and found out that its leaks, leaving my beg slightly wet. Should have bought camelbak.

This bag leaked since the first day I got it. I Used it for almost a year and kept tinkering with it trying to find and fix the source of the leak (where the outlet tube leaves the bladder), and ultimately just carried it in a plastic grocery bag to contain the leakage. [...]

This is one of the more expensive bladders, so I expected it to be superior. Brand new, right out of the packaging, it leaked--a lot. So, I brought it back to the store. The [...] people replaced it with the exact same model, but that one had a mouthpiece that fit only on the right shoulder strap. And it wouldn't twist to accomadate comfortable use. [...]The 3rd new one finally worked. But in my Gregory ISO pack it is rather heavy--even when empty.

no leaks after 2 weeks!!!

the magnet on the mouth piece was a big hit with the regular Mtn bikers in the parking lot for the trails!!! it's a big bonus while biking!!! easy reach.. strong enough magnet that when you get even close to the holder it snaps into place. Weak enough to get free easy while riding

When full it tends to leak from the top. Overall I would be happier with something that weighs less and doesn't leak and leave stuff in my bag slightly wet.
