I bought two of these for a two day trip and found that I had a soaked back and empty badders. I did not notice it at first but both of the bladders I bought leaked around the seal at the bottom where the swivel is connected to the bladder. Without any pressure on the bladder is drip, drip, drips. Would not recommend this as it is worthless!

Do you like a dry pack?

Cons:
Leaks, ValveAssembly

I bought one of these, filled with water and loaded it into my [...] pack. I left my pack sit overnight full of gear. Next day, wet pack. I pulled the bladder and found two leaks, one at the mouth and one at the bottom valve assembly. Took back [...] and exchanged for another. Got home, filled bladder, re-loaded now dry pack, less than one hour later, wet pack with about a 1/4 of the bladder empty. This time it was the lower valve only where the leak was. The valve appears to be too complicated for being placed in a backpack. Regardless, I couldn't recommend this product and I am disappointed that Nalgene has an inferior bladder. I really liked the bite tube and the size of the bladder versus a Camelbak but had to take a Camelbak in the end.

Eastern Mountain Sports Response:That is exactly why we have our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. We want you to feel confident about shopping with us and we'll take care of you if your gear fails to meet your expectations.
