I bought 2 of these jackets, one for each of my boys. They absolutely love them and try to wear them all the time even in the winter. The jacket is warm enough for winter use, the only drawback is that is has no hood. So get a sock hat and buy this jacket for the kids. And maybe one for yourself and your better half.

Nice, soft, warm and lightweight.

i use it for hiking, it is warm and very smooth on the skin. It might be a little too bulky to fit in my day pack but overall, it is great.
