My son loves these sandals. Last year he had Newport H2 & often complained about the difficulty of putting them on and how hot his feet were. This year we purchased these & not only are they a wider style & more comfortable, they're much easier for him to put on as well as being much more ventilated. There is also no adjustable bungee cord which my son often just fiddled with, pulled & broke on the Newport H2. I'm very happy with my purchase!

5 year old loves these shoes. Can go wet to dry and back again. Used for hiking, beaching, walking/wading in creeks, rivers, and the ocean. Best all around warm weather shoe out there.

 
Better than the Keen Newport for summer

Bought these to replace my son's Keen Newports. The Venice fits his wide foot better and it has less "shoe" and more open holes for better ventilation.

This is a great product for little kids. My son is 4 and he had a pair last year that still look great, he just outgrew them. He loves to wear these all summer. He can wear them to daycare because of the fabulous reinforced toe. GREAT JOB KEEN!!!!
