I purchased the smaller version too, and marvel at the clever design. As with the smaller one, the handle is a little uncomfortable, but the design more than makes up for his shortcoming. I have given a couple as gifts, and have recieved, " wow" in reply. This, like the smaller one is a little heavy for its size, but is useful around the campsite, on the trail, in the yard, and on the stream.
I initially dismissed this knife based on what I assumed was a gimmick - the snap lock. It looked too much like a "theme" knife. After my younger brother bought one and showed me how it worked, I ordered one the next day. This knife is incredibly well-built and the locking mechanism is the best I've seen in any folding knife. With practice, it can be opened and closed with one hand. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a simple folding knife that fits easily (and safely) in your pocket.
Having owned a smaller CR stainless steel knife in the past, (I liked very much [...]--and eventually lost), I decided to try the one designed by the fancy, award-bearing knife designer. The new knife is little bigger than the old, and what I expected the one I ordered to be, but it is some of the most sexy (aesthetically pleasing and sculptural) and functional tools--or any industrially designed object/product--I've ever owned or seen. You can open and close this baby easily with one hand, which is often all I have available when I need to use my knife. I use it over (5) times each day. I cut my dog's collar off yesterday when he became stuck on a scrub AND later in the night used it to McGyver a plastic spoon by cutting apart and plastic mac and cheese container. If that's not diversified usage, I don't know what is.It's stylish, unique, sharp as h*&$, and tough. Couldn't be happier. It's serrated blade is super handy, too.[...]absolutely worth the extra $10 I almost didn't spend when comparing other available models! 100% would recommend this item to someone who needs a little more Crocodile Dundee in their day than a mini-pocket knife crowd would need.Like any product [...]

This knife is an AWESOME buy, I chose it over the K.I.S.S. in-store. I found the knife to be awkward to open at first, but now I actually find it easier to open than traditional swing-out blades. The only downside is that the area inside the cam is difficult to clean well. A dunk in an ultrasonic cleaner would do the trick though, just make sure to oil the mechanism afterwards. It's perfectly pocketable, and the clip is easy on your pants as well. Make sure you only sharpen one side of the blade though, I didn't realize it was that style of blade until it was too late, so now it's got about a 25 degree bevel on each face. It cuts cord and rope [...]
