Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
Works great. Headphones from the same company are a joke for audio quality (think transistor radio). Housing is well made, highly functional, no worries about its waterproof abilities. Could come with a belt rather than an arm band. The arm band gets in the way when swimming, it's fine when I kayak though.
Use another brand headphone and a make shift waist band to hold it and there's no substitute for this product.
