I bought this PFD to use when we go kayaking in Maine. The rental PFD's always ride up around my eyeballs and make me feel like a huge pink beachball. I suspect the harbor seals of laughing their heads off at the sight (how else do you explain all those bubbles?) But this new Stohlquist item was so lightweight and fit so well I forgot I had it on. The pockets were perfect for camera and GPS. I look forward to many more happy paddles. Thanks!

Tried this the other day while fishing from my kayak on still water. Very lightweight, great ventilation, and comfortable! The flotation designed high on the back allowed full use and comfort of the seat back. Front pockets provided a place to temporarily dispose of used fishing line. I have not tested the actual flotation of the vest as of yet! Great value in a PFD and great online price at EMS!
