Cons:
Slippery Grip, Uncomfortable

Bottom Line:
No, I would not recommend this to a friend
I found these to not provide a real good grip while paddling.
Eastern Mountain Sports Response:We hate to hear the gloves haven’t worked for you. Certainly surprised to hear they have a slippery feel as the embossed palm should provide friction allowing for a great grip. Feel free to call us at 888.463.6367 if we can help.

light weight and drys quickly, but paddle grip is horrible. the grip peeled off after 2-3 extensive uses. the quality of the neoprene is not so great either. it noticeably wears only after a few uses.

Pros:
Comfortable, Finger dexterity
Best Uses:
Ferry Boat Pursing
Describe Yourself:

Bottom Line:
Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
On the year round ferry from Shelter Island, we captain one day and purse the next. Pursing requires counting change and separating duplex tickets in snow and sleet storms while the customer is wishing we would hurry up so they can put their window back up and enjoy the ride.

Pros:
Breathable, Comfortable, Dries Quickly, Durable, Easy To Put On And Take Off
Cons:
Palms very slippery
Best Uses:
Colder Water, Paddling
Bottom Line:
No, I would not recommend this to a friend
Although very comfortable, the texture of the palms of the gloves are not ideal. They really made it hard to hold the paddle as they slipped very easily. Very warm in cool water and strong breezes though!
just got out of the chilly water

Pros:
Easy To Put On And Take Off
Cons:
Severe allergic reaction
I wore the gloves for several days with no problem. But then I had a severe reaction with blisters covering the top of my hands so that they almost appeared burned. It took over three weeks for my hands to get back to normal.
