Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
I've never been disappointed with how an Ozone kite flies, and this kite is no exception. Very manueverable; flies well even in light wind.
The brake tab arrangement on the bar is akward at first and seems harder to use than it should be even after flying it a few times.
