Impressive in every regard. Used on one Winter snowshoeing trip, tenting, overnight temperatures at -10 degrees. External fabric feels rugged and water resistent. Down fill is very lofty and warm. Zipper system...best I've seen and won't snag even if you try! Footbox plentiful. Draft Tubes... excellent. Awesome Polargaurd panels in about 8 pressure point locations on bottom of bag... very smart! Compression sack is water resistent and worked fine. I haven't seen any other bag match up... this could be "the best" out there!
This is an excellent bag. I looked at many comparable 800 down -20F bags, i.e. Mountain Hardwear vs Marmot vs Sierra Designs, and this bag is the best deal for all the features.
Held up very well in cross country ski trip to Glacier Point in Yosemite and Sawtooth Peak in Kings Canyon.
Loved it. Thanks.

First, I should mention that I have a long history of purchasing / using cold weather bags. I own about a dozen of them personally. I've also been employed in the retail world recommending bags to customers.I was very happy with my purchase of this bag. I was astounded with this products ability to transmit moisture through the down fill to the outside atmosphere. I've heard industry reps tell me this was possible for years, but I was convinced it was marketing hype until I took this model out for a torture test last week.During my trip I spent three days on the Presidential Range of New Hampshire in sub freezing conditions. [...].This bag performed well in all respects. What I found particularly impressive, was the layer of frost that developed between the outer layer of the sleeping bag and the bivy sack. It was obvious that the moisture on my body and clothing was easily transmitted through the bag while I slept. Each morning I pulled the bag out of the bivy sack, shook off the frost, and packed the bag away. When I returned home from my trip and unpacked the bag, there was very little accumulated moisture- we all know how important that is is.On the down side, the compression sack is awful. One of the straps ripped out my first morning on the trail. Another one ripped out the second day. I had to throw it away. Replacing the stock North Face compression sack with a high quality waterproof compression sack will add significantly to the total cost of ownership. Take that into account.Overall, I recommend this bag highly.
