I just used the blanket on a two week hike on the AT. The temperatures dropped into the 40's and the blanket kept me toasty and warm... (so long as my feet kept covered.) The blanket was warm and light. It dried fast and packed small in my pack.
I roll when I sleep and the blanket never constricted my motion. I am almost 6 ft tall and I could have used a few more inches. Once I figured out how to use the snaps and the draw string at the bottom... my feet were happy.
I would use this blanket instead of a bag any day...
This blanket coupled with the Therm-a-rest fitted sheet is a great warm weather sleeping system. You can either cinch the cord at the bottom or leave it open to have your feet stick out on those warm summer nights. I've used it in temperatures as low as the low 40s and staying warm wasn't a problem. Great blanket!!
