No, I would not recommend this to a friend
for use with boy scout camping, ie. cots in tents, not long enough to cover to the floor. When tucked into mattress. it was touching the skin and mosquitoes had a feast!

Wanted it for individual low-to-ground tarp shelter (net is only 33" high-not like photo). Matched it up with Integral Designs 5 X 8 Silnyl tarp and 2 Easton support tubes (two 16" sections per 32" pole).
Net is now at alteration shop having 6 tape loops sewn to bottom so it can be staked down.
I'm very happy with product (except for need to add the loops-Equinox should charge $5 more and include loops)
