I just came back this weekend from a kayaking trip on the Saco River in Maine. It was quite cool both nights I was there. The fist night it dipped into the low 40's & the second night the mid 30's. The warmth of this sleeping bag was awesome. Actually, I had to unzip it a few times during the night as it held in a little too much warmth for my liking!
The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is I felt it was a little too tight thru the shoulders. I'm of average athletic build, but it seemed a bit tight for me. By no means was this a major comfort issue with me as I slept quite comfortably. I may just need to adjust to the fit of a mummy bag, as it's been a few years since I've slept in one.
Also, I didn't rate the durability at this time, as this is a recent purchase and I just used it for the first time this past weekend.

I've always enjoyed quality gear. I've tried a lot of brands and there are some very good ones out there. I first saw T.N.F.'s Cat's Meow several years ago on a backpacking trip on th A.T. One of my friends had one. I envied him. Finally, years later, I have one of my own. What a great bag. It's everything I had hoped for. Nice job North Face...[...]
