Bought this to organize the kids toys in our new minivan. Fits nicely on the floor, except when the front seats are moved too far back - otherwise fits great. Love the handle and all the pockets.
My only real complaints are that I wish it was all black, and that the side pockets were a bit larger.

Well built and cleans up a perpetual mess that was in my truck. Lot's of pockets, so easy to store everything.
