This is my second timbuk2 bag... My first was an x-small for daily use. The medium is the exact same design, just larger. The quality is great and durable, the compartments are adequate,the design is simple, making it great for daily use. Supposedly you can fill this bag with ice and beer and use it as a cooler. I love timbuk2.

I commute most days by bicycle. Even though this isn't the "laptop" bag, it holds my laptop plus lunch and spare tubes, tools just fine. Hardest decision I had was deciding what color. AAA+++

All around great product. Perfectly unites style, quality, and sensibility.
I love Timbuk2 bags. I personally own 3 classic messenger bags and my fiance has 2 of her own (the Metro and Cargo Tote).
They are tough and none of them have let me down. I only bought two other bags b/c I loved the quality but wanted a larger bag. And the other one I just wanted to try a different color scheme.

I use this bag for my daily commute. I like the size and the adjustable shoulder strap with the pad is very comfortable.
It should have a separate compartment for my laptop. I bought a sleeve and it will due for now.

Very well made. Perfect for the office or student. Not the best ergonomics for actually using while riding. Consider buying the optional shoulder pad if you might have heavy loads inside.

This thing holds everything I need from the time I wake up in the morning, through public transit to work, after work excursions and finally back home. Plus, it's the most comfortable shoulder bag I've ever used-- it's so easily adjustable. and it's pockets are easy access (for you, not pickpockets!)

Bought this in medium for my high school junior son. First bag he has owned that will hold all his books, binders, and all the other gear he carries with him. He absolutely loves it!

The Classic Messenger is a great bag that is highly functional. Can be used egually for hauling books to class or hauling off into the woods. Well designed to optimize space for flexible usage. Added security strap for biking a great feature.
