These poles are great, I went 21 miles through the Smokes and felt like I could go 10 or 20 more... they made a world of difference. They were light weight and the cost was perfect.

They were a Christmas gift for my daughter. She says she is happy with them and uses them for neighborhood walks. She finds them quite comfortable. For the price (reasonably inexpensive) they're really good. They have a huge range of length adjustment and are easy to adjust.

fantastic poles!

Good grips, Lightweight
Best Uses:
Backpacking, Hiking

I really like these poles. I have a bad knee, so it was fantastic to use these on hikes with a steep descent. The poles were also very helpful for ascending, too. The grips felt fantastic, and the height adjustment is really useful for switching between ascending and descending. My only compliant is that it took a little while for me to figure out that you had to adjust TWO sections on the pole to the right centimeter (I kept staring at it in confusion since it was way too short after adjusting just one section to my recommended height). But, this is probably user error more than any problem with the product.
