I work out at the gym and at home (5-7 days per week): weights, resistance, circuits, cardio, Nordic walking , trampoline, etc., and have found this HRM to be invaluable. I use it to monitor my heart rate of course, but also for recording calorie burn & duration of exercise: it helps me to more accurately focus my workouts so that I get the most out of them: it helps keep me honest. The only thing that I found problematic is the manual (and sometimes the displays on the HRM itself). I am still discovering levels of information/data/displays that the monitor provides that were not clear to me via the manual, and I think that the manual could be clearer, less confusing and more explanatory/descriptive.
