I love this watch! It lasted me about a year and a half and only broke because of all the abuse it got from two NOLS semesters! It was waterproof throughout its entire life. Setting the alarms and starting the timer is so easy that I could do it with my eyes closed. The reason this watch died was because one of the plastic buttons broke and let water in. It had a really good life! One con is that the wrist band got really smelly from so much sweat. You might end up needing to replace it at some point, which is what I did. I loved this watch, and am so glad [...] has it because I am going to go buy another :)

My wife found this watch washed up on the beach still working. I took it apart and cleaned the sand from the buttons and it works perfectly. The window is scratched but even the light works. I would definitely buy one for sports.

My only problem has been that it must have gotten wet because for about 3 days I could not reset the time, date, etc. The screen would go partially out then blank when I pressed the buttons to reset the time, then would come back to the default setting. However, after 3 days, it must have dried out so I could reset it again.

I have worn shark watches for 15 years, and they are still the best.
