I bought this primarily to run with and it is great. I have a small writst and the watch fits very well: the profile is low and the band is adjustable enough to give me a snug fit. I've kept careful track of my mileage and the Garmin seems accurate. Instructions are easy to follow but it has taken me a few runs to learn how to use all of the different modes without opening the instructional pamphlets. The only trouble I have had is the foot pod. I wear a womens size 6 and I have to position it carefully in the laces of my shoe or I can feel it as I run.

I should have read the fine print on Garmin's website to see that it was not compatible with Macs, but when I did find this info, it said that they would be fully compatible by "3rd season, 2008" -- too bad when I contacted Garmin myself they told me it would be winter 08/09 at the earliest!

Wish they could actually make a product compatible with Apple :(
