I use this product while doing my circuit training exercise as well as cardio. Seeing how many calories I am burning while exercising motivates me to work harder and add more time to my workout. I don't even notice the strap at all. I have noticed a couple of times my heart rate is not registering correctly, but the unit corrects itself quickly. My family gave this to me for mothers day, since I have recently started a new workout program and am trying to lose weight. It is a great motivator!!!

a great looking feminine heart monitor that is loaded with features which are user friendly. only drawback is the watch is very light colored so the strap can turn slightly dirty unlike the mens vs. i like the slightly bulky look but may not be great for petite women.
The F6 has what I need as someone who is trying to lose weight, and I think it will also serve my needs as I work to become a more fit person. My only complaint is that it is difficult to switch HR level targets during a workout, which is something they suggest if you use the online trainer (which I also recommend).
