First, there is no sizing chart for this product which is frustrating. I wear a size 9 (women's) boot so I assumed a medium would be fine. The medium fits my calf and hugs the top of my boot nicely, the only bad thing is the buckle on the underside does not lay correctly across the bottom. The buckle seems to stray towards the heel of the boot, making me wonder how long it will last before wearing out. I have two pairs of boots and it does this with both pairs. I'm still wondering if a large will make any difference. I would seriously recommend trying these on before you buy. I haven't worn them outside yet, so I cannot comment about that.

Needed to call EMS to find out how size fits. Not based on shoe size but on circumference around calf muscle. May need different size based on pants and shoes worn.

I've used these for snowy walks and snowshoeing, and have had very good luck with them so far! They do a great job of keeping moisture, sticks, etc. out of my low boots. The one con I might add is that I originally bought a Medium, but found they were too small to fit over my workpants. However, the Larges are just fine now!

Neither my wife or I snowshoe, and she was able to get them right on and they stayed on and kept her feet dry.
