Being on my feet all day I need good support.
I tried the super feet that was recommended BUT found that they were too narrow to accommodate my wide feet and heel. The super feet pinched...the SOLE insert was perfect. I did not even need to heat and conform them to my feet as is the extra special attraction to these arch supports. Make sure to get the "w" size if you need wide.
Great product for plantar facietis. About half of what my orthopod charges and is stronger and lasts longer. Also more comfortable.

I have nice flat “bear” feet.
After a 5-10 mile hike or less I wasn’t able to stand on my feet the next morning –literally! I would barely walk -like a drunken sailor, with a lot of pain.
After putting a pair of those thermo-customizable insoles in my hiking boots those sore feet are a thing of the past. And I am not exaggerating here.
I was so impressed with the immediate relief these insoles provided that I purchased one more pair which I shuffle between my city shoes, snickers and even winter house shoes.
These insoles were a true revelation for me.
My wife uses them and is very happy as well.
We both ditched the over-hyped and expensive “Super Feet” -Green non-customizable insoles (the same ones that were leaving my feet so sore) and we will never look back.
The bottom line is:
There is no such thing as “universal fit-everybody” insole.
Foot imprints are as unique as fingerprints.
So why settle for wearing somebody else’s insoles when you can wear your own!?!

I have suffered with very painful flat feet all my life. I'm on my feet 9 -10 hours a day on a concrete floor at work. These inserts are by far the best I have found and give excellent support, last a long time, and are very comfortable. I was first issued a pair by the VA healthcare system and loved them. I haven't found any other product that I like as well as these.

I recommend heating them for the most comfortable
fit. They mold to your foot beautifully. Use much care if you have to trim them. Make sure they go into your footwear perfectly. Follow instructions carefully. Enjoy!!
