I have a yellow lab and have found it impossible to get rid of his hair on any coat or jacket I own. This one is awesome...no dog hair sticks to it, if he jumps on me with muddy feat-the dirt wipes right off! The jacket has great pockets, love the material-keeps me warm!

I love the jacket. The only negative is the sleeves are too tight for normal button down type wear therefore the lower end of the sleeve gets bunched up and feels constrained .

We snowshoed to the top of Sawyer Mountain in Indian Lake, the weather was cold and windy and the jaket performed great. I did not sweat and the jaket blocked the wind. I am very satisfied with it. I can recomend this jaket for showshoeing with adecuate under garment.

I love the waterproof feature and it does not constrict movement.. but at 5'8, the sleeves are too long and the torso is way too short for a medium. I have tried the small and it is too tight and the torso is even shorter.. doesnt look that great and it keeps bunching up above my belt. the poor fit for me ruins it.. i thought i had a short torso but i think this is for people with really short torsos and long hands..

Great Jacket. Looks very cool. Definitely designed for a guy with my build, 6'0 170, thin, but in shape, longer arms. It does have longer sleeves, but again, with my proportions, it fits great. I take an XL normally, and it is a fitted feel. Agreed that it could use an inside pocket, but the outer pockets have plenty of room.

I use this everyday during the winter season. Great for skiing, shoveling, out in bad weather. I like how light and thin it is. I like the technology behind the jacket, the soft shell is a winner.
I wish there was an inner chest pocket or other pockets on the sleeve. The lack of pockets is kind of a downer, but it doesn't prevent me giving this jacket a good rating for what it does in the weather!

I love it, I just wore this jacket in New York City the day before New Years and stayed fairly warm on a 20 degree day with plenty of wind. I was dragged in and out of stores all day while the girls I was with shopped. Its nice to have a jacket that can stay warm outside but still be light enough to wear inside. I can wear it all night in crowded bars and not overheat.

This jacket is a fantastic shell, a great windstopper. Although it doesn't provide much warmth by itself, when combined w/an insulating layer, it does a fantastic job in cold conditions. I've had an apex bionic jacket for two years and it has withstood a lot of abuse; it's still in great condition.

A great softshell that I have used as a mid layer and/or shell for skiing/snowshoeing in Colorado. Works well with EMS Exodus Shell for added warmth. Kept me warm and dry in cold/snow/rain conditions in cold weather and it is windproof. The cuff adjustments and waist cinches creates great adjustment options. My only complaint is that it could use ventilation zippers as it can be "too warm" during strenuous activities

Got this handsome jacket not too long ago for a hiking trip and it fit perfectly. Threw it on when I reached the top when the clouds moved in and the wind picked up. It did the job in keeping me warm and I barely felt any if at all wind getting through it. It is lightweight to my opinion and I barely broke a sweat with it on but then again the temperature was in the mid 60's. Slight drizzle in the morning and the jacket repelled it just fine. I can't say how it fair in a downpour or just rain itself. Too soon to comment on durablility but it feels solid to me.

Same product listed but different variation. I work on the Northern Border and was issued the same jacket but with a slight variation including zippers under the arms for ventilation. Wish I had the one listed here since the jacket is very warm in cold conditions and ours is cold on the zipper line. I have seen this product in the store and plan to purchase one as listed due to the satisfaction had with my government one, especially with no zippers added. Product runs small so go to the next size up. I usually purchase North Face Large but had to get Extra Large. You'll like this product.

This jacket is an awesome jacket to replace the traditional hard shell. (maybe not for extreme weather conditions) I climbed Mt. Sneffels last weekend and never had to put my hard shell on at all. This jacket is great. It fits well and looks good. The only con is on the computer the jacket looks gray and blue but really it is black and blue.
