I bought this jacket for [$] How can I complain? I'm not. It is a great shell that keeps the wet out. It is loose enough where a sweater works really well under it. It packs up small so it takes very little space in the suit case when traveling. So what if it only has two pockets? If you want more, pay more and get what you want. I have a NF expedition jacket for the heavy work. This jacket is great for local hikes and around town.

This is a nice shell that repels the elements. Fit is very true. Don't depend on warmth though. Overall it's just what I was looking for.
If its a North Face from EMS, BUY :)

I ordered it a size to big so that i can wear with a sweat shirt. Fits perfectly and is very accommodating to different sizes. Velcro straps provide good adjust ability.

I bought this for my 27 year-old son because we were going to England for Christmas. He wore it every day while we were there. It is lightweight and water resistant and a great wind breaker (he wore it over a North Face fleece). Great jacket for layering in light rain/windy conditions.

Great jacket that can last for years. I only hope it's two CM longer to cover my flee jacket which is the same length. The parka version is a little too long for my taste.

I have lived in this jacket since I got it - tons of rain - but it has kept me dry and it looks great. Nice features and good quality. I wear it even when it isn't raining and my friends are asking me where they can get one. All in all, a great purchase.
The best rain/wind breaker under $100!

My wife and I just returned from Iceland where we both put our Venture jackets to the test. From high winds, to waterfalls, to glaciers, the Venture held up very well. Layered with a base layer and a fleece, this is the only outer layer we needed. Being able to regulate your temperature with the pit zips and the velcro front flap is very nice. Not to mention, when it warms up, it's very packable. The cord in the hood to hold it in place on your head is key, my last jacket hood would always fall too far forward, blocking my peripheral vision. The only thing North Face forgot was an interior pocket.

The description says it has an adjustable hood that rolls into the collar. Well, not so much, kind of wish it did. Other than that, great jacket.
