I own five of these shirts. They have been perfect for work: casual, yet dressy enough. However, durability is an issue!!! Two of the shirts's collars have absolutely disintegrated after approximately 10 washings. The shirts are now unwearable. I am simply marking the time until the other collars fall apart in the wash. Meanwhile, I will continue to wear them, because I love them!

Will make every other casual and travel shirt obsolete! Great cut that is a bit longer in the length to stay tucked. Great feel and easy to wash and wear. Looks and feels outstanding! BEWARE-you will be e-baying all your other shirts after this purchase!

This shirt is very low maintenance, and shows no wrinkles after drip-drying, making it perfect for fall and winter travel. The material is pretty heavy, so I don't think it would work well for warm->hot temps, despite its moisture management qualities. Looks great untucked or tucked. Finally, I've got really long arms (36 or 37 inch sleeve), and the XL is long enough for me. Highly recommended.

I was terribly disappointed with the fit when the shirt arrived. I got a small and it is far to long for my taste and also too wide (but the sleeves fit well enough). I normally fit well in a small. However, the shirt is so incredibly soft and comfortable that I am not even going to return it. I hope to find another shirt by The North Face made with the same material that fits a bit better (I'd buy half a dozen if it fit better).

I am always looking for a shirt that can be classy enough to wear at work, yet provide ample mobility. Dress shirts typically don't allow enough room to work on patients (stretches, rehabilitation, muscle work, and adjusting). The syncline design provides everything I'm looking for in a shirt to do the work that I do and still look professional while doing it.
The only drawback is that it is a little on the thick side for wearing in the summer.
Great shirt, very resilient.

All around -- a great product. It is quite heavy for packing and if you are prone to overheating indoors, the shirt can be a bit bulky and warm. Very durable.

Many products become modified in the subsequent year to a style that looks nothing like the prior. I am incredibly pleased with this shirt. I picked up 3 the previous year. I picked up 5 this year. After washing, it's put in the dryer for a few minutes and then hung dry. No wrinkles. Nothing to iron. Fabulous shirt. Great lanyards on the sleeves to convert to a SS. SPF15 rated...but I think this shirt would be a bit too warm over 65oF.
Great fits well and very comfortable.

A problem is that after lots of wear, at the cuffs & other areas that are rubbed all the time, black color shows through. Shows the most on light color shirts. Recommend darker color shirts so this shows less. I like this shirt a lot though. I was traveling recently & had to dig one out of the dirty clothes bag, hung it up over night, wrinkles came out, odor aired out, looked ok, wore it.

I have bought my son every color that I have been able to find in this shirt. After the first purchase about 2 years ago - he said "Mom that is the best wearing, easiest to wash and wear (no ironing needed) shirt that I've ever had on. To date I've bought him 6 of them. He'd love it if there were more colors! I doubt he'd put on another shirt. He's in environmental work so it looks great and feels great for his day to day dealings with clientele and friends.
