No, I would not recommend this to a friend
Although I bought this in the size I usually wear for bras, this one felt tight and I felt squashed. I am used to much more lightweight bras. I will have to try this a few more times before I make up my mind. Maybe I should have bought a larger size cup than I normally buy, but that would seem to defeat the purpose.
