Took this product for break in on the Presidential Range and Wilderness Area of New Hampshire's white mountains. Held up nicely. I kind of regret buying such a large pack though because I entirely filled it. Oh well, my fault. The pack could handle all the weight nicely! After a repacking because I was too top heavy I was good to go. The weight is distributed nicely throughout the pack! The waist and chest straps are very comfortable. After the third day my lower back began to be bothered by the lowest back pad. One of the other girls I was hiking with had the same pack, and seem to be bothered by the same pad. Not a major gripe though! I absolutely love the side pockets...GREAT FOR GORP! I also loved the main compartment front access for quick accessibility to my rain gear. I loved the fanny pack option for the top of the bag as well. We dropped packs to run the top of the range and get in some peak bagging before we left. Very useful! Very satisfied!

I ordered this yesterday, and it came in this afternoon! I shipped it through the least expensive shipping. I tried it on and played with it a little, and it is some high quality stuff. You can access the main compartment from the top, bottom(if you take your sleeping bag out)or the front. The hip belt is very comfortable.
