Comments about NEMO Obi 2P Tent:

I bought this tent mid-spring 2011 and used it numerous times up through the end of the fall in state parks throughout NJ. Aside from perhaps the price, I don't really have anything to complain about. The tent sets up in two minutes tops and is sturdy enough to stand up to very strong wind gusts. The vestibules have enough room to cover your pack and boots. Inside the tent is a bit snug, especially if you have company, but that is to be expected with a two person ultralight. I wish there was an extra gear pocket inside(there is only one), but overall this has been a fantastic tent and you can tell NEMO put lots of love into their products.

Comments about NEMO Obi 2P Tent:

I had a lot of trouble with the clips to the rain fly for about two weeks until broken in. I don't believe it's a good design. Otherwise, I liked the tent. I particularly liked the light weight and compactness. I also like that a lot of my gear could be stored outside the tent under the rainfly (and it didn't get wet during Icelandic storms).

      Lives up to the hype

Comments about NEMO Obi 2P Tent:

I took this on a backpacking / hiking trip to the Adirondack State Park in Upstate New York. I ended up climbing Mt Marcy (highest point in NY) with all of my gear packed on my back... including this tent. It was lightweight, easy to set up, comfortable, and dry.

The vestibules were a great addition to this tent and kept my pack and shoes dry and ready to go the next day. They even include a second zipper that you can access from the top so you don't have to crawl all the way to the base to let yourself out in the morning.

The carrying bag is it's own compression sack and doubles as a convenient place to store loose items from your pockets for the night. It is small, light, and fits easily in my pack( I put the tent pole in an outside pocket)

I was able to actually leave the footprint (highly recommended) attached to the Jake's feet when rolling the tent back up. This helped maintain a more tight roll and everything fit nicely into one carrying case. This also made it quicker to set up since i didn't have to mess with attaching the footprint to the tent.

I haven't had to use it in any kind of severe weather yet, but as far as a quick, convenient, lightweight, and stylish tent... this is an excellent choice.
