HOW DO I REMOVE AN ITEM FROM MY CART?
To remove an item, click the "Remove Item" link located in the "Qty" (quantity) field of your shopping cart window.
HOW DO I CHANGE THE QUANTITY OF AN ITEM IN MY CART?To change the quantity of an item, select a new number from the Qty (quantity) dropdown box in your shopping cart window.
WHEN CAN I USE MY DISCOUNT COUPON?You enter your coupon code in the final review page before you check out. Once you enter a valid code, the new value of your order will be calculated automatically.
HOW DO I DESIGNATE WHERE I WANT TO PICK UP MY ITEMS?If you haven't selected a preferred Quick Pickup location/s:
Click the "Quick Pickup" link on the left side of the shopping cart window. Then enter a city/state or zip code, and we'll show you where you can find your items at the Eastern Mountain Sports locations/s nearest you.
If you have already selected a preferred Quick Pickup location/s:
For each item in your cart, select the button next to the "Quick Pickup" link. If your preferred Quick Pickup location isn't in the pull-down menu, the item is unavailable at that location. Each item in your shopping cart must designate a Quick Pickup location, or it will default to an online purchase and will be shipped to you.
