Comments about NRS Men's HydroSilk Rash Guard, S/S:
I need a shirt for a little bit of warmth on days when its too cool to go topless . I am used to my cycling / tennis shirts which have a 3/4 zipper so I get fresh air after warming up . I do not like being forced to have a snug collar always around my neck !! I seek a soft , bit looser fitting , warm feeling shirt touching my skin with nice velcro straps around sleeve cuffs for wind stoppage . An athletic shirt that repells/wicks water from outside and is breathable from inside is essential .
Pros
- Muscle compression
- Retains shape
- Sun Protection factor
Cons
- Not for the out of shape
Best Uses
- Biking
- Running
- Watersports
Comments about NRS Men's HydroSilk Rash Guard, S/S:
Bought this for the Adirondack Classic 90 mile paddle race. The fit and quality of the material is very good, providing sun protection, compression and wicking/drying of sweat. The material seems to hold its shape thus far- will see how it goes after the race and into the future, but at [$] it seems like a bargain compared to other brands of compression/technical fabric shirts.
